✨ Exclusive amenities at The Tom: private indoor sauna, steam shower, muli-level putt-putt course, high-speed fiber internet, ping-pong, and arcade games, bunkhouse with elevated loft for unique sleeping and hangout space, plus direct access to the Pinhoti Trail and Tatum Lead OHV Trail, (and hot tub coming soon). Please note: a liability waiver is required to be signed prior to use of certain amenities.

🛏️ Sleeping arrangements: The Tom is most comfortable for groups of up to 4, but can accomodate up to 6 with the following beds: one queen (master suite), two twin beds + Convertible Bean Bag (to full size mattress (bunk house), and one twin-size convertible sofa/futon (living room).

🏡 Group Stays at Pinhoti Peak — Book One or All! Pinhoti Peak is home to three luxury treehouses and The Lodge. Each can be rented individually or together for larger gatherings, retreats, and family getaways. Together, the full property can comfortably host up to 30 guests across four stunning stays:
