The Lodge at Pinhoti Peak is a modern construction mountain cabin near Fort Mountain State Park. This idyllic 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath retreat, designed by an HGTV Star, offers breathtaking panoramic mountain views, exquisite design and craftmanship, and countless luxurious ammenities.
✨ Exclusive amenities at The Lodge: Guests at The Lodge can enjoy an enormous gormet kitchen plus two additional kitchenettes, 12-person dining table with jaw-dropping views, three separate living rooms, high-speed fiber internet, two media rooms with 100"+ TVs, freestanding soaking tub, three private en-suite bedrooms, outdoor sauna, putt-putt and bocce courts, heated pool (see note below), separate gas and smoker grills, and an expansive outdoor living area with a cozy outdoor fireplace.
🌿 Communal amenities at Pinhoti Peak: pickleball court, private hiking trails through the woods, an overlook deck with panoramic mountain views, a 3-hole disc golf course nestled among the trees, and direct access to access to the Pinhoti Trail and Tatum Lead OHV Trail.
🛏️ Sleeping arrangements: The Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with a total of 3 king size beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds.
🏡 Group Stays at Pinhoti Peak — Book One or All! Pinhoti Peak features three luxury treehouses and The Lodge. Each can be rented individually or together for larger gatherings, retreats, or family getaways. Together, the full property can comfortably host up to 30 guests across four stunning stays:

5 stars just isn't enough! This mountain cabin is the epitomy of luxury and relaxation. The views, the high class ammenities, and the beautful property all made for a wonderful family weekend. Booking was easy and communication was excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don't miss this one.
Highly Recommend!
We had a great time staying at Pinhoti Peak for our annual family vacation. Awesome host with lots of instructions and communications. The property is absolutely stunning with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. It is also well equipped with many high tech features. The property is impeccably designed and unlike the other properties we’ve stayed at in the past, it is fully modernized. We were spoiled by all the amenities. All adults and kids had a wonderful time! Highly recommend Pinhoti Peak to anyone looking for a luxury mountain getaway!!
Indoor/Outdoor Living is Amazing
The home was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen was top of the line and stocked with everything you would ever need. The surroundings were very peaceful and had a few bear sightings. Chip and Pauline were great hosts and very responsive. A great place to get away!

WOW! This place was amazing! Our family had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with high end appliances and top notch amenities. The views were breathtaking! Chip and Pauline were amazing host, from the well put together welcome manual, with great how to videos, to immediate response if we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway for their family and friends.
Fell in Love
OMG!! This place was absolutely amazing!! My company bought a group of Special Needs adults on a vacation here. They fell in love with it. They had the pleasure of meeting Chip who himself was very friendly and made them feel welcome . Chip was readily available when needed and handled all our questions and Very professional. Pauline was very help with recommendation of nearby places to eat and accommodating us with checking in sooner. You guys are amazing, thanks for making our stay enjoyable🙏🏽We will Definitely be visiting again! Yvonne

Place is actually way more gorgeous in person . Photos don’t really do it justice. The hosts were not only friendly and accommodating but also SUPER responsive. Would def recommend to anyone.

Immaculate Cabin
The amazing listing pictures themselves can’t capture all the breath-taking aspects and details of this property enough. This Cabin was immaculate!!! The host Pauline was very communicative and provided assistance within minutes when needed, which will be few far in-between, in that she has already touched all bases in her amazingly put together welcome guide and instructions. In addition, the property has everything one could possibly need at your disposal to enjoy your say. The amenities, design of the property, and decor will have you feeling like you’re in fairytale paradise. I can’t describe enough the beauty of this property and the surrounding scenery. Our stay at Pauline and Chip’s modern mountain house was nothing short of spectacular. The Mountain views are insane and the house combines sleek modern design with breathtaking natural surroundings.Each room is beautifully designed, ensuring comfort and style. The house is equipped with top-notch amenities including the private put put greens, sauna, movie rooms, and ping pong, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.The highlight, however, was Pauline’s exceptional hosting. Her responsiveness and detailed information about the house and local area were incredibly helpful. Her recommendations for hikes and dining enhanced our experience, allowing us to fully embrace the mountain lifestyle.Pauline’s attentive and informative approach made our stay seamless and memorable. This mountain house is a perfect retreat for those seeking a blend of luxury and nature. We’re already planning our next visit!
