The amenities of Pinhoti Peak are equally fun to explore. Designed by HGTV host as a media promo project, the house showcases the newest and best innovations in design and construction, setting new standards for luxury accomodations.

This 4,700 sq ft retreat features five bedrooms, four and half bathrooms, three kitchens, and three unique living rooms to accommodate multiple families, larger groups or corporate retreats where you might desire a little extra privacy than most single family homes offer. The property also offers:

- Movie & media room
- Gas grill & pellet grill
- Starlink internet
Pinhoti Peak can sleep up to 15 guests (3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 3 sleep kits for couches).
